Directions for Use:

• Suitable for both indoor and outdoor tanning.
• Apply an even layer of the cream across the whole body or desired tanning area prior to tanning.
• After tanning please wait at least 4 hours before washing any excess product off your body.

Disclaimer:

Please be advised that a number of our tanning products and accessories do not contain SPF and will not protect the skin from UV rays or sunburn. However, depending on your selection, some products may contain SPF so will offer some level of protection against UV rays but it will not protect the skin from sunburn. We do not advise using any of our products as a replacement to an SPF based product. For anyone with pale or fair skin we would always recommend combining our tanning products with an SPF based product and to reduce the number of minutes you have on a sunbed. To be safe, avoid over exposure to UV rays as repeated exposure whilst tanning may increase the risk of skin cancer, ageing and other harmful skin conditions. Avoid contact with your eyes and fabrics. Keep out of the reach of children. To avoid any potential allergic reactions, please check the product ingredients before use. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. All of our products are for external use only.

Shipping Services

We have partnered with EVRI and Royal Mail in order to offer a range of shipping services to meet the needs of our customers.

EVRI Services

If you are not in a rush for your items you can select the Standard shipping option from EVRI which takes around 2 to 4 business days for your items to be delivered. For orders over £25.00 this service is FREE but for orders under £25.00 there is a charge of £2.99 per order. However, for those wanting a faster delivery service you can select the Premium shipping option by EVRI which you can expect to receive your items within 1 business day and this is charged at £3.99 for orders under £25.00 and just £1.99 for any orders over £25.00. Please use the tracking provided on the EVRI website or mobile app and to find out about delivery times and service updates.

Royal Mail Services

We are pleased to offer an international shipping service provided by Royal Mail. For any orders placed to be delivered internationally you can expect these to take around 2 to 17 business days depending on the location your order is being delivered to. All orders under £25.00 will be charged at £11.99 for this service but any orders over £25.00 will get a discounted shipping rate of £9.99. Please check the Royal Mail website or mobile app for more information about delivery times, service updates and tracking of your items.While we ship to several international destinations, due to Brexit, we are currently unable to ship to all EU countries. Island Glo accepts no responsibility for orders held in transit, and no refunds or replacements will be provided on this basis. Buyers are also responsible for any and all customs fees and import charges required to be paid.

Delivery Conditions

We aim to deliver your items within the time frames provided on our website and by our couriers. However, we would like all customers to be aware that from time to time there may be delays which occur due to unforeseen circumstances during transit that are beyond Island Glo's control.Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification with your tracking number which allows you to track and monitor the process of your order. Both of our couriers will keep you informed (usually via text and/or email) to provide a 1 hour delivery slot so you can try to make sure you are available when they deliver your items.Tracking services provided by our couriers via their website should enable us to precisely locate your parcel's delivery. Additionally, a delivery image serves as proof of receipt. However, any requests for safe place or a deliver to your neighbour are the customers responsibility. Island Glo will not be held liable for missing or stolen parcels in such cases.If you require assistance or there are any issues in relation to your delivery please contact us via email at contact@islandgloco.com within 48 hours of your items having been delivered or the delivery slot provided by the courier. Our customer service team will work with you and our couriers to promptly resolve the matter. Any reports of miss-delivery or lost parcels will not be accepted after 14 days from the delivery date.
